Delicious Green Smoothie Recipe

1 Scoop “Sun is Shining” Supergreens powder

2 cups unsweetened almond milk

1 small banana

½ cup frozen mango chunks (or your favorite berry)

Blend it up and YUM

Green Veggie Stirfry

½ cup chopped broccoli

½ cup chopped zucchini

1 cup chopped kale

¼ cup chopped red onion

1 tbs garlic

1 tsp olive oil

Big splash of gluten-free Tamari

Sriracha to taste (if you dare)

2 cups short grain brown rice (cooked)

Start by heating up the olive oil on medium heat in a large frying pan.

Add onions, garlic, Tamari and Sriracha.

Simmer those until it starts smelling good (about 2 minutes).

Add broccoli, zucchini, kale and turn the stove down to low.

Cover and simmer about 5 minutes, or until the veggies steam up.

Don’t over cook! The veggies should have a little crunch left.

Pile that mixture over some cooked brown rice. Serves 2.
