Cardio Kickboxing

Our Muay Thai kickboxing classes are offered Monday through Sunday. The classes are designed mainly for fat burning cardio, toning, and developing kickboxing expertise. During these classes you will burn up to 900 calories and hour.

Muay Thai Sparring

Sparring classes are offered for more advanced students. You will need the proper equipment, including gloves, wraps, mouthpieces, headgear, groin protection, and shin pads. You may purchase these items at the store inside the gym.

By taking Muay Thai sparring classes you're effectively learning the best of Thai Boxing with UFC-level pros!

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) Training

Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes are offered Monday through Saturday. This class teaches you technique along with cardio exercise. You will learn how to implement several types of submissions including chokes, arm bars, joint manipulations, and a range of other submissions used to neutralize an attacker or an opponent.

The moment you begin training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu you not only learn one of the most effective Martial Arts ever, but you condition your mind too!

Submission Wrestling

Our Submission Wrestling classes are offered Wednesday mornings at 8AM to supplement No-Gi Jiu Jitsu training. They are taught by the infamous Brady Fink. No-Gi training is available at 10AM on Tuesdays and Thursdays as well as Monday through Thursday at 7PM.

Combining the flow of BJJ with the takedowns and rolls of American Wrestling, Submission Wrestling classes combine the best of both worlds!
