This is by far the best kickboxing gym ever. The coaches are so personable and so great. My son who is autistic have a 2 hour wrestling and still want to go to class. They are amazing with my son.

Was competing at the us Muay Thai open and didn’t know I was required to have a corner Kalani stepped in with no hesitation to corner me when he saw what was going on huge respect for him and your guys gym for that showed true love for the sport and treated me like one of his own students without his help I would have been disqualified thank you guys so much!!
I’ve been training here, along with my children for years. If you’re looking to get in shape, learn a skill, feel empowered, or blow off some steam, while having fun this is the place! The staff are high level multi sport world champions and competitive athletes who have the wide knowledge and skill set to train all levels, ages, and backgrounds.

Amazing place to train to your heart’s content. Originally came in because Paul reached out after I saw an ad online, he convinced me to really give the Gracie jiu-jitsu classes a shot based on my goals at the time.
From that point forward, I’d be making an understatement if I said that the coaching and content provided by the head coach Dean Wellen was anything less than transformative.
In just a few months over my 1 year of training mark, I was able to put in the work to really learn the Gracie system, and test to earn my first belt. I’m still training as much as I can manage, and study the content of the online modules relentlessly.
If I can do it so can you, give yourself a shot to learn in a supportive, safe, and respectful environment before you decide to go elsewhere… You’ll be glad you did!
