Delicious Green Smoothie Recipe 1 Scoop “Sun is Shining” Supergreens powder 2 cups unsweetened almond milk 1 small banana ½ cup frozen mango chunks (or your favorite berry) Blend it up and YUM Green Veggie Stirfry ½ cup chopped broccoli ½ cup chopped zucchini 1 cup chopped kale ¼ cup chopped red onion 1 tbs garlic 1 tsp olive oil Big splash of gluten-free Tamari Sriracha to taste (if you dare) 2 cups short grain brown rice (cooked) Start by heating up the olive oil on medium heat in a large frying pan. Add onions, garlic, Tamari and Sriracha. Simmer those until it starts smelling good (about 2 minutes). Add broccoli, zucchini, kale and turn the stove down to low. Cover and simmer about 5 minutes, or until the veggies steam up. Don’t over cook! The veggies should have a little crunch left. Pile that mixture over some cooked brown rice. Serves 2.
